DAY 1: AUTHENTIC TUSCANY
Welcome to Siena, city of the famous Palio. Get an introduction to the art, architecture and history of Siena during a guided walk. With a licensed guide you will appreciate the main sights such as Piazza del Campo, the true heart of the city, the Palazzo Comunale, the Cathedral and the majestic Basilica of San Domenico. The walk continues with a visit to the Duomo. Comfortable shoes and clothes are recommended for this tour. In the afternoon you will immerse yourself in the picturesque Tuscan scenery with a sightseeing tour of the beautiful Chianti region. Visit Castellina in Chianti before enjoying a wine tasting at a winery in the Chianti area.
