DAY 1: THE SALT PANS OF TRAPANI
Welcome to Trapani. In the morning you will participate in an unusual activity: 2600 years of history told through a tour of 3 different salt pans, in sections covered by minibusses and sections on foot, walking through the salt pans, discovering their differences. After a free lunch, we recommend you spend the afternoon strolling through the historic town of Trapani and its craftsmen's workshops.

DAY 2: SAN VITO LO CAPO, SCOPELLO AND CASTELLAMMARE
3 pearls of western Sicily that can be reached with just under an hour's drive. The first stop on our tour is San Vito lo Capo, where we will walk on the white sand that has made this beach one of the most beautiful in Italy, where we will take our first swim and visit the cathedral church of San Vito. We will continue on to Scopello where we will visit the tuna fishery and the Faraglioni stacks and then the Baglio in the perched village, tasting pane cunzato, a typical street food. Another stop at the famous pebble beach of Guidaloca before continuing along the coastal road to Castellammare del Golfo. Return to Trapani in the evening. Free lunch and dinner and overnight stay on request.
DAY 3: EXCURSION TO THE MEDIEVAL TOWN OF ERICE
In the mountains behind Trapani lies a medieval village, now a city of science, rich in tradition, history, local crafts, and breathtaking views. In a half-hour drive up the mountain, showing glimpses that span a panorama from Marsala to San Vito Lo Capo, we reach Erice Vetta. You cannot miss a stop to taste the typical sweets of Erice and the famous 'genovesi'. As we continue through the many intertwining alleys, we can also observe the numerous ceramics. Comfortable shoes are recommended. Free lunch and dinner and overnight stay on request.
