DAY 1: BEEKEEPER FOR A DAY
Welcome to Jesi. Jesi, a kiss of art and history, woven into the heart of Le Marche, where the past dances with the present and art is intertwined with the beauty of the landscape.
In the early afternoon, to make your weekend unique, we propose a workshop activity at a local farm producing honey and royal jelly. After welcoming you to the farm, Andrea will immerse you in the world of bees and in particular explain what royal jelly is and how it is produced. This will be followed by dressing and a visit to the apiary. After so much work, it is really time for a refreshment! Andrea and his family will offer you a rich tasting of the farm's products.

DAY 2: COOKING DAY
For Sunday, we have come up with an activity that always brings everyone together: good Italian cooking. The meeting point will be in the city of Ancona, where we will go for a walk in the company of a real expert in search of edible wild plants and then transform them into the kitchen together. After the harvest, in the kitchen, Carla will involve you in the preparation of these herbs with simple cooking, to let you fully discover the aromas and scents they release and imagine other and new combinations. We will also cook homemade egg pasta for a delicious lunch outdoors.
The afternoon is free to discover Ancona: the Arch of Trajan and the Mole Vanvitelliana.
