DAY 1: IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE HISTORY OF BARI
We start our weekend in Puglia discovering Bari with a personalized tour and a specialized tour guide. The tour begins with a visit to the traditional part of the city such as the Cathedral of San Nicola and its wonderful crypt, the ancient Cathedral of San Sabino, and the Norman Castle. - The tour moves on to the typical alleys of the old town where old ladies make pasta. - The tour ends with a visit to the modern part of the city with its theatres, shopping streets, the famous promenade, the fish market, and the squares where you can sample typical Apulian products. In the afternoon and in your free time, we recommend orecchiette con le cime di rapa (ear-shaped pasta with turnip tops), strictly handmade according to tradition, as well as rice alla barese, with mussels and potatoes, or fried panzerotti.

DAY 2: EXCURSION TO ALBEROBELLO
For your weekend away from home, we have come up with a different itinerary: for the second day, we will stop in Alberobello.
There are several ways to reach Alberobello starting from Bari:
Bus - 1 h 5 min, Train - 3 h 7 min, Taxi - 50 min or by car - 50 min. Tell us how you prefer to get there and we will organize your transport. In Alberobello there is an experience waiting for you: the guided tour among the trulli. Alberobello is certainly the home of these characteristic conical constructions, a symbol of Apulia, so much so that they have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
