  Our Chianti cooking class with Simone was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, Simone and his team made us feel so welcome. Learning to cook using his grandmother’s cherished recipes added a special, personal touch that made the experience unforgettable. The setting was stunning, the wine flowed freely, and the food we prepared together was absolutely delicious. But what made it so special was the connection formed with everyone in the class. By the end of the day, it felt less like a cooking class and more like a gathering of old friends—laughing, sharing stories, and creating something beautiful together. Simone’s warmth, passion, and hospitality turned a simple experience into a lasting memory. We walked away with full hearts, full stomachs, and new friends. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming Tuscan experience!
