  Simone was a wonderful host and chef. Super friendly, super helpful. His home is beautiful and we learned so much not only about cooking but also about Tuscany! It was such a delightful time and all the ingredients used were super fresh. Views from the back of his home are also incredible and the Chianti wine is free flowing the whole time!   Our chef was amazing! So personable and made it so easy to learn. Can’t wait to get home and do it in our own kitchen! Delicious!
