The Estate

The estate stands on the Kaolino Caves as a symbol of architecture, art and culture, respecting the wonderful Lipari area . Based on three fundamental principles , the aim of the winery is to integrate into the territory , make use of the natural resources made available by them, in constant respect and the right relationship of balance with the surrounding nature.
Visiting the structure of the estate, it is possible to admire the surprising work carried out by the great architects, who designed the construction with the aim of minimizing the environmental impact and enhancing the technical-architectural aspects of the estate. Our wines

The estate, thanks to the harmonious relationship with the territory that hosts it and the centuries-old techniques adopted for vine cultivation, today has a surprising cultivation system. Precisely by virtue of the technique used, it is possible for each vine sapling to draw on the one hand the richness of minerals and on the other the elements which then determine the unique and genuine taste of the wines from the cellar.
