    Both tours were so interesting and informative. So glad we went! I loved seeing the processes and hearing about the region and history.

    Mattea and his partner leading both tours were very hospitable and knowledgeable. The tour was made even more interesting by the fact that both our guides had grown up in a family of Parmigiano cheese makers and regional pig farmers providing meat to the Prosciutto manufacturers. My only wish is that I spent more time in Parma to experience the region. I definitely will be back and will also take the time to explore Modena.
