  Simone was amazing! He walked each person through the steps and took personable with each to build our confidence. There was no shortage of his amazing wine and the lunch at the end was delicious. He also taught with ease and humour which made the day an absolute delight. Cant wait to try the recipes at home on my own.

  Simone was a gracious and entertaining chef who seamlessly adjusted his style to accommodate our two children 8 & 11 and my being in a cast having broken my ankle two days prior while sightseeing in Florence. It was a magical day and delicious meal leaving a lasting impression of our time in Tuscany a true memory maker!!!
