  Simone was a wonderful host and chef. Super friendly, super helpful. His home is beautiful and we learned so much not only about cooking but also about Tuscany! It was such a delightful time and all the ingredients used were super fresh. Views from the back of his home are also incredible and the Chianti wine is free flowing the whole time!
