A walk to discover this enchanted and timeless place, where the history of this land is intertwined with the tradition of cultivation and harvesting of salt.
2600 years of history told through a tour of 3 different salt pans, in minibus-covered sections and walking sections, walking through the salt pans, discovering their differences. A visit to the salt museum, inside an old mill, will show what it was like in the past and today, this hard work of harvesting, passed down from generation to generation by successive families in the ownership of the salt pans. Today, some of the salt is still harvested by hand, and this very precious part, once called white gold, can be admired as it crystallizes on the surface of the water in the ponds that make up the "salt marsh path." The salt crystal and the flavored salt flower will make this experience even more memorable.
• Minimum 2 participants are required to activate the tour. • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the experience.
