    Not knowing what to expect, we were delightfully, surprised to find a genuine house out in the country. Our host chef was outstanding in his knowledge of his craft explained everything very well and showed extreme patients with us. He was very knowledgeable in the art of cooking and taught very well. Given that English was not his first language his ability to communicate in our English language was a huge bonus because he was very easy to understand. We wholeheartedly would recommend him and your organization for their arrangement of details. Everything was easy to follow from driving to preparation. And the food was great.
