Next, we venture into the atmospheric Museo del Pastificio, where we can explore the historical roots and culture surrounding the world of pasta. Through interactive exhibits, displays of ancient tools and passionate stories, participants can fully understand the importance and influence of pasta in Italian society and gastronomy.
After this fascinating immersion into the world of pasta, it is time to delight the palate with a delicious lunch prepared with homemade delicacies. The menu offers a selection of three Morelli pasta dishes, prepared by the chef with fresh, seasonal ingredients, guaranteeing an authentic and unforgettable dining experience.
To end on a sweet note, crunchy cantuccini accompanied by a sip of Vin Santo offer a perfect balance of sweetness and robustness, while water, a glass of wine and a coffee round off the meal in a refined way.
