• The tour starts at 10:30 a.m. but clients are asked to arrive at 10:00 a.m. at the meeting point. • Minimum 3 maximum 8 participants. • Tour is available for children at least 10 years of age. • To bring: swimsuit or Lycra shorts, sneakers or neoprene boots, Lycra thermo shirt or sweatshirt, water, sunglasses, hat, camera. • Important: Please note that in case of rough seas or inappropriate weather conditions, we will offer you another date (subject to availability) or modify the service. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Cancellations can be made without penalty within 7 days prior to the departure of services. A 50% penalty is charged for cancellations reported 6 to 3 days before the departure date of the booked service; 100% penalty is required for cancellations reported 48 hours or more before the departure date of the booked service that for “no show”
