Full Description
Fresh pasta course, tasting of traditional Ligurian food and wine. In this workshop, you will prepare some of the most traditional and classic varieties of fresh pasta from Ligurian gastronomy, starting from the preparation of the dough, to the rolling and shaping.
With the help of a professional chef, you will prepare two types of simple sauces, such as the famous pesto sauce, historically typical of rustic cuisine. At the end of the course, you will have lunch, enjoying the fruits of your labor, and also taste a very special Ligurian focaccia, some anchovies, and a very sweet surprise! All this will be accompanied by the explanation and commentary of a professional AIS sommelier, who will also present two different wines and explain the history of Ligurian food and wine culture.
