With this suggestive experience, you will discover the art of rolling out the dough, just like it once was!

Atelier del Gusto has its roots in time, in fact the relationship between the Gaudenzi family and the art of eating well was born in 1968. Since then a passion that has always maintained a close link with the values of tradition. In our laboratory located in the historic center of Fratte Rosa you can learn the art of rolling out the dough with a rolling pin. You will know "I Tacconi", a typical pasta of our territory made with Fava di Fratte Rosa flour.

- The use of a protective mask, covering the nose and mouth, is mandatory for all participants aged 6 and over. We do not recommend using masks equipped with a valve - All surfaces and materials are constantly sanitized - You will be able to access the laboratory only after having sanitized your hands - As required by national protocols and by the DPCM, personal data will be kept for 20 days - Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before the starting time - This experience is not available for children under 6
