  Simon was an amazing chef and host, he was very personable, welcoming, knowledgeable, and comedic. He told us to make ourselves comfortable and we felt at home the entire time. You can tell he loves what he does and he enjoys sharing his expertise. It was a great time and I would recommend him to anyone.

  Our chef, Simone and Sofia are the best, very kind and caring, very knowledgeable and have this lovely way of explaining difficult things into simple! They are absolutely the BEST!
