Kayaking in Lake Trasimeno

Pleasant experience to enrich your time at Lake Trasimeno, the largest of Central Italy, beautiful body of water, surrounded by natural landscapes of great beauty, ancient villages and historic houses. Meeting of the participants and brief introduction on the use of the canoe and the technique of paddling. In just 30/40 minutes of kayaking, you can reach the shores of Isola Polvese, and dock your canoe to enjoy a scenic walk or get refreshed swimming in the beautiful waters of the lake. The Polvese Island, with its suggestive views, can be explored through naturalistic and historical routes. Then there are the beaches where you can spend a day of absolute relaxation. The island has a bar, a restaurant, a guesthouse, a science center, and a hostel. Back from the excursion, we’ll enjoy a seafood lunch at a local restaurant (optional).
