The tour begins with a visit to an authentic Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, where you’ll see how this cheese has been crafted for centuries. Watch the masters extract the fresh wheels of Parmesan, explore the brine room, and walk through the impressive maturing warehouse filled with thousands of aging forms. The experience concludes with a guided cheese tasting, featuring two maturations of Parmigiano paired with local wine.

Next, continue to the hills of Parma, birthplace of the renowned Prosciutto di Parma (Parma Ham). After learning about the territory, you’ll step into the production and aging rooms to understand the delicate curing process. The visit ends with a delicious ham tasting, aged 24 months, served with rustic bread and wine from the Parma hills.

The final stop is Modena, home of the prestigious Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
