Fabulous tour of prisciutto and parmigiano-reggiano production. The tour was very enjoyable and informative. Our guide, Loris was very personable and explained every step in the producion of Parmiagiano-Reggiano cheese and Prosciutto di Parma. We got to sample the chees aged for different times and had a wonderful lunch of prosciutto paired with wines. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone.
