Acetomodena was born from a family tradition dating back over one hundred years, that of the Vecchi family. Immersed in the countryside of Modena, situated next to our own vineyards is our new vinegar farmhouse, a reality that brings together in the same location two distinct elements: the desire to project towards the future and a family tradition rooted firmly in Modena. With this spirit of innovation a space has been created for the reception of visitors and for tasting sessions: large windows, designed to provide plays of light and shadow between the ancient wooden barrels, enhances the experience of a unique product in the world: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
