Full Description
Visit the splendid Mount Etna and enjoy a tour of one of the best wineries in the area, with a tasting of local wines accompanied by a platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
The first stop of this tour is at an altitude of 2000 m, but during the journey, while ascending from the city, there will be brief intermediate stops at some characteristic points. A guide will provide you with information about the history of the volcano and the Etna territory, and you will discover the latest eruptions and some ancient extinct craters. From here, you can choose to continue trekking along one of the Etna Park Trails at 2000 meters, accompanied by our guide, or purchase the Etna high altitude option, which will allow you to reach the summit areas of the volcano (3000 m) with special vehicles and accompanied by a local alpine guide. The excursion will continue with the visit to a lava flow cave with helmets and torches, and will then conclude with a visit to one of the best wineries on our volcano, with a tasting of local wines with a selection of cold cuts and cheeses.

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants • Arrival 15 minutes before the tour starts is preferable, but not mandatory. However, we kindly ask customers to be on the spot at the time of the tour departure.
