Full Description
Visit the splendid Etna volcano and enjoy the visit of one of the best wineries in its territory, with a tasting of local wines with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. The first stage of this tour takes place at an altitude of 2,000 m, but during the journey from the town, short intermediate stops will be made at certain characteristic points. A guide will give you information on the history of the volcano and the Etna region, and you'll discover the latest eruptions and some ancient extinct craters. From here, you can choose to continue the hike along one of the Etna Park trails, at an altitude of 2000 m, accompanied by our guide, or purchase the Etna High Altitude Option, which allows you to reach the volcano's summit (3000 m) with special means and accompanied by a local mountain guide. The tour continues with a visit to a lava flow cave, complete with helmet and torch, and ends with a visit to one of our volcano's best cellars, with a tasting of local wines accompanied by a platter of cold meats and cheeses.

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. • Arriving 15 minutes before the departure of the tour is preferable, but not mandatory. However, we kindly ask clients to be on site at the time of tour departure.
