Our experience was so-so. We've been to many food / walking tours in other cities and countries, and we felt that it wasn't anything too special. Sure, it was informative and helpful to hear about the culture and history however it didn't blow us away. The food we tasted was fine but probably not worth the price value. Probably the most annoying part was that our ticket listed the wrong meeting place and then the Organizers blamed others in the group about it. We got there on time but no one was around. When I called the company, I was told that the Guide left because the "other family in the group became impatient and wanted to leave." We discovered this was not true at all. When we ran to the new meeting place, we found out that the other family was ALSO told the same thing about us! How odd. Why would the person on the phone blame the families when actually the organizer changed the meeting point? Even the Guide was confused because she was given wrong directions to meet. The other family and I did manage to have a good chuckle when we compared stories! It would've been better for the company to actually come clean and say that they made a mistake of changing the location, instead of blaming the families! Overall, it was a frustrating start for the entire group. We had an okay time for the rest of the tour and like I said, it was an average so-so tour anyway.
