When travelling to Italy you immediately think on its impressive culinary traditions. Do not miss the opportunity to learn how to prepare a fresh homemade pasta with our local Chef.
This course is perfect for those of you who wish to learn the basis of Italian traditional handmade Pasta while having fun and learning interesting things and anecdotes. Together with our Chef you'll get the opportunity to work the various types of ingredients necessary for making fresh pasta, to discover the techniques and secrets behind the ancient Italian tradition of homemade pasta making. Participants will learn directly from the Chef, the techniques used in handling fresh pasta, including using the polling pin and machine. You will prepare fresh egg pasta along with three different sauces and a typical Italian dessert. The course ends with a beautiful lunch with the dishes made, in our wine cellar.
