  Totally awesome, I would highly recommend this class. From the learning, the participation and the meal in the interacting with Gus and the other participants. Gus made it very comfortable for us to learn and interact with each other. In addition, he was very accommodating, even though we showed up late.

  Mama Mia! We had a great time! Met great people and assembled a high-quality meal. The staff was friendly and kept us laughing, while on pace to deliver the right combination for a great meal!!
