- To visit the Basilica it is necessary to wear appropriate clothing (no shorts). - For security reasons, suitcases, backpacks or large bags are not allowed inside the Basilica. Before the visit it is necessary to deposit them at the Ateneo San Basso (Piazza San Marco Calle San Basso). - The tour is not private, but is shared with other travellers. - Unfortunately, this tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues; comfortable shoes are recommended. - This tour does not operate during unplanned religious observances. - The tour does not run during exceptional high tides (in these cases it may be postponed to the next day, otherwise the amount will be refunded.
