A walk to discover this enchanted and timeless place, where the history of this land is intertwined with the tradition of cultivation and harvesting of salt.
2600 years of history told through the visit of 3 different salt pans, with sections accessible by minibus and sections to be explored on foot to discover the differences between them. A visit to the Salt Museum, located in an ancient mill, shows the hard work of salt extraction, passed down from generation to generation by the families who own the salt pans. Even today, a portion of the salt is harvested by hand, and this very precious part, once defined as white gold, can be admired as it crystallizes on the surface of the basin water, forming the "Salt Trail." The salt crystal and the flavored fleur de sel make this experience even more unforgettable.
