Full Description
City Life is the redevelopment project of the Milan Fair, an urban area of 225,000 square meters entirely redeveloped with a new urban structure of great visual impact. Characterized by three original "presences," three buildings named after their creators. DETAILS The Isozaki tower is nicknamed the "Straight" and with its fifty floors offers a panoramic view, it is the second tallest skyscraper in Italy on whose top there is a copy of the Madonnina, according to Milanese tradition. The Libeskind tower is called the "Curved," in the project its shape resembles a half Renaissance dome as if it were an element surrounding and protecting the square below.
Finally, the third building named Zaha-Hadid (in honor of its Anglo-Iraqi creator) is nicknamed "Twisted," for its peculiar innovation in the vertical trend which reveals a bold twisting movement to emphasize how space has been considered as dynamism. Great records, famous star architects, trees, bicycle and pedestrian paths and new modern residences equipped with home automation systems, the guided tour of City Life allows you to understand one of the new aspects of the city of Milan, in its constant update in terms of urban planning and modern architecture, emerging as one of the most avant-garde cities in Europe with a green soul of about 4000 square meters of surface, called Orti Fioriti di City Life.
The project proposes the discovery of thematic spaces: the Garden of Infinite Minds, the Pumpkin Pergola, the Herb Garden, the Raised Garden, the Dwarf Fruit Tree Avenue, the Perfume Garden. City Life testifies to the great care and attention given to issues related to sustainability and renewal, to offer not only its residents but all citizens the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature.
