The Estate
The estate rises on the Cave di Caolino as a symbol of architecture, art and culture, respecting the wonderful territory of Lipari. Based on three fundamental principles, the winery's goal is to integrate with the land, making use of the natural resources available, in constant respect and right balance relationship with the surrounding nature.
Visiting the structure of the estate, you can admire the amazing work conducted by the great architects, who designed the building with the aim of minimizing the environmental impact and enhancing the technical-architectural aspects of the estate. Sunset Castellaro Experience
Dedicated to wine enthusiasts, curious travelers and romantics.
The discovery of the territory, the birth of the agronomic and wine project, the stages of construction of the barrique cellar and much more is told through a guided tour of the winery and a short walk through the vineyard.
The tasting of four glasses of wine and some samples of traditional products complete the magical atmosphere of the sunset.
The excitement is goose bumps, but the temperatures are no joke either! We recommend covering yourself properly.
