The Estate

The estate rises on the Cave di Caolino as a symbol of architecture, art and culture, respecting the wonderful territory of Lipari. Based on three fundamental principles, the winery's goal is to integrate with the land, making use of the natural resources available, in constant respect and right balance relationship with the surrounding nature.
Visiting the structure of the estate, you can admire the amazing work conducted by the great architects, who designed the building with the aim of minimizing the environmental impact and enhancing the technical-architectural aspects of the estate. The Wine

The estate, thanks to the harmonious relationship with the territory that hosts it and the centuries-old techniques adopted for the cultivation of the vines, possesses to this day an amazing cultivation system. Precisely by virtue of the technique used, it is possible for each vine sapling to derive on the one hand the richness of minerals and on the other hand the elements that go on to determine the unique and genuine taste of the winery's wines.
