Are you looking for a relaxing activity in the city of Assisi? Join our picnic in the vineyard and enjoy a panoramic view of Assisi, with the Basilica of San Francesco only 800 metres away! The Basilica of St Francis, with its Italian Gothic architecture dating back to the 13th century, is certainly one of the best known religious emblems at national and international level. Its fundamental importance is due to the function it performs: it houses the remains of the saint after whom it is named, St Francis of Assisi.
Before starting the picnic, we will provide you with a map of the vineyard route that you can follow, for an itinerary in intimacy with the surrounding nature. During the walk, you will be able to admire the city, Perugia and Santa Maria degli Angeli from a unique and exclusive perspective.
Now, picnic time! In order to savor the ideal wine for your taste buds, you will have the opportunity to participate in an initial guided wine tasting. Tasting the different types of wines, you will have the opportunity to choose the accompanying wine of your own light lunch.
