• To drive the Vespa Scooter/ 500 Fiat you must sign the rental agreement and you will need the following documents → driving licence, credit card (no bancomat, no debit card). • At the time of hire a pre-authorisation will be made on the credit card as a guarantee against possible damage, which will be cancelled on return from the tour if there has been no material damage to the vehicle. • Drivers must be at least 18 years old and passengers at least 13 years old. • Pick-up and drop-off service is available on request for an additional fee. • Drivers must be able to drive the vehicle. If the tour guide considers that the customer does not have sufficient driving skills, the company may cancel the booking without any refund. • Alternatively, and depending on the availability of vehicles and guides, may offer the customer a tour by ‘ape calessino’ or ‘Vespa vintage tour’. • The tour will also take place in the event of rain. If weather conditions do not allow us to participate in the tour due to heavy rain or wind, customers will be offered an alternative or a full refund. • If a thunderstorm occurs during the tour and the guide decides that for safety reasons it is better not to continue with the tour, you will be driven back to the starting point. If this happens, no refund will be issued as this is beyond our control. • Please note that, due to the size of the vehicle, a maximum of 3 people are allowed in one car. • A vegetarian menu is available on request.
