• Handmade potato tortelli, served with traditional Florentine ragù

Tasting Menu €55
For those who love bold and intense flavors, a menu that celebrates Tuscan tradition:

• Tuscan crostini with chicken liver pâté on rustic bread
• Tender sliced scottona beef, served with fresh arugula and Grana Padano DOP shavings
• Delicate panna cotta, garnished with fresh red berries

Tasting Menu €60
An experience for those seeking the perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication:

• Pici pasta cacio e pepe, with a creamy pecorino sauce and freshly ground black pepper
• Scottona sirloin steak, cooked to perfection and served with pecorino and sage sauce
• Classic tiramisu, prepared according to the traditional recipe
