Learn with us how to prepare some traditional Sicilian dishes.
Our cooking course allows you to create your own dish. Meet our chef in his restaurant and join an introduction to the day's activities. Start the experience by selecting fresh seasonal raw materials at the Ortigia market. The chef will show you how to choose the best products on the market. The experience continues with a brief tasting of typical products and wine.
Back at the restaurant, you will participate in a cooking class that includes the preparation of three typically Sicilian dishes: a first course, a second course, and a salad. At the end of the course, you can taste the dishes along with a good regional wine.
