The Estate
The winery rises on the Cave di Caolino as a symbol of architecture, art, and culture, respecting the wonderful region of Lipari. Based on three core principles, the aim of the winery is to integrate into the land and utilize the natural resources available, with constant respect and a balanced relationship with the surrounding nature.
During the visit to the winery's structure, you can admire the amazing work of the great architects who designed the building with the goal of minimizing environmental impact and enhancing the technical-architectural aspects of the winery. Sunset Castellaro Experience
Dedicated to wine lovers, curious travelers, and romantics.
The discovery of the territory, the genesis of the agricultural and wine project, the construction phases of the barrel cellar, and much more will be told during a guided tour of the winery and a short walk through the vineyard.
The tasting of four glasses of wine and some samples of traditional products complete the magical atmosphere of the sunset.
The excitement is pure goosebumps, but the temperatures should not be underestimated! We recommend dressing warmly.
Let yourself indulge in one of the most authentic sensory experiences found on Lipari, at the Cave di Caolino.
- After a tour of the winery and a short walk through the vineyards, enjoy the sunset and toast to the beauty that nature has always given us.
