Except for Mondays, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, the Uffizi Gallery is open daily from 8:15 am to 6:50 pm.
Booking your tickets in advance is highly advised if you want to avoid standing in line outside. By scheduling in advance, you can pick the time of your visit, avoid the line, and stay however long you require.
It is best to visit the Uffizi Gallery early in the morning so you can avoid crowds of visitors. If you want to visit the gallery in the afternoon, we recommend booking a guided tour so you can avoid the crowds and make the most of the hours inside the Gallery.
The museum's "low season" runs from November to February, while the "high season" runs from March to October, as well as during the December holidays.
