How Does the Affiliates Are of myTour in Italy Work?

Have you already registered in our affiliate area? If you haven't done so yet, don't waste any more time, register now! To understand how best to use this area, we will look at each section of the menu together.

Home Page

On the main page you will find a general overview of your results over time, in fact you will be able to see the number of bookings, the total amount of sales, the agreed commission percentage and the resource click statistics.

At the bottom you will see a detail of the users who visit the page of your site where you have placed a widget or banner. This feature will help you understand what type of customers visit your site.



Bookings

In the booking section, you can view all bookings with details of the booked tour: date of the tour, commission, booking status, and it will also be possible to request commission payments from here. You can decide whether to request the commissions one at a time or to cumulate it with others by collecting everything monthly, bearing in mind that the request for payment must be made when the commissions are over 30€.

Links & Resources

This section allows you to choose the various resources to use: Widgets, Banners, Links, QR codes, Customised maps. By clicking on each of the areas, you will get mini-video tutorials that will help you better understand how to exploit and customise each resource. Having difficulties? In this section you can find many of the partners who collaborate with us.

Profile

The profile is divided into three other sections:

• My details;
• Billing information;
• Payment method;
• My details

Within the My Data section you will need to fill in basic information such as: company name, website and address.

Billing information

Within the billing data section you will need to enter: company name, VAT number, city, full address, postal code and a reference document.

Payment Method

Within the payment method section, you will have to choose how to receive your commission. You may choose between PayPal and bank transfer. This section must be completed before requesting payment of the commission.

Billing / Invoicing

This section is linked to the Reservations section, where you can request payment of your commission. Always remember to update your payment method before making the payment request, so that your commission payment is not delayed! Each payment will have the following info: payment method, description, date and status, you will also be able to download the document. Clear and simple, isn't it?
