We advise you to allot at least two hours in order to see Naples' Archaeological Museum. You will get two hours to visit the attractions of the museum and take a leisurely stroll through it. If you a history lover, we suggest blocking off three to five hours.
One of the largest collections of ancient art in the world may be found inside this museum. The Farnese Collection (old Roman art), the Pompeii Collection (art from Pompeii, Herculaneum, and other adjacent excavations), and the Egyptian Collection (the third-largest collection of Egyptian artifacts in the world) are the three divisions of the museum. You can decide how much time you want to spend on them based on how interested you are in them.
