Cinque Terre ("Five Lands") is a coastal area of the Ligurian region. The five fishing villages that compose Cinque Terre are Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Manarola, Corniglia and Riomaggiore. Nowadays all five of them are considered UNESCO World Heritage Site, thanks to their picturesque and colorful landscapes.
