Our cookery course will allow you to be an all-round creator of your own dish. Meet our chef in his restaurant, participate in a briefing on the day's activities. Begin the experience with the selection of raw materials at the Ortigia market, fresh from the season. The chef will teach you how to select the best products from the market. Continue with a short tasting of typical products and wine. 
Once back at the restaurant, participate in the cooking class, which includes the preparation of three typical Sicilian dishes, a first course, a second course and a salad. At the end, taste your dishes accompanied by good locally produced wine.
